Registered Dental Assistant - (RDA) — Mosaic Dental Collective

Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team of oral healthcare professionals. Shift

Mon– Fri

Pay Range

$26-$38 hr.

Location

Travel to various clinics in Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Bothell, Redmond, Arlington, Mill Creek and Federal Way/Covington

What You Bring
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA
  • Radiology certification and CPR certification
  • Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
  • A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
  • A team-first mindset with great communication skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
  • Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
  • Open Dental software experience highly preferred
  • Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
