Treatment Coordinator - Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving practice.

- Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach.
- Review patients’ health and medical history and determine their treatment goals.
- Assist in the orthodontic examination, entering data and accurately documenting the conversation.
- Review the treatment plan with the patient and use available tools (videos, PowerPoint, pictures) to educate them.
- Close the sale by working with the patient or their responsible party to design financial payment plans.
- Generate correspondence for initial consultation and recall examinations for referring dentists.
- Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and other dental specialists or general practitioners.
- Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of dental or orthodontic office experience (preferred).
- Previous professional sales experience (preferred).
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator (preferred).
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new software.
- Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements (preferred).
- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred).
- Strong oral communication skills and ability to educate patients.
