Customer Service Support Specialist (Teller) – Seattle, WA

• Provides administrative and clerical support for clients and department staff.
• Responsible to take phone calls, answer questions, validate information and fill out wire transfer forms.
• Provides customer service support as needed.
• Works closely with bank staff to ensure quality service standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 1+ years experience in administrative or customer support services, banking or other related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Basic knowledge of banking, bank products and services.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Solid customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other business software.
• Good problem resolution skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $22-25 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
