Seeking a Client Services Associate for a growing wealth management firm. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for clients. As the primary point of contact for service-related needs, the Client Services Associate must possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, alongside discretion handling confidential information.

Your role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or other communication channels. Resolve client issues effectively and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper implementation of our products or services. Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, including conducting regular check-ins and providing product updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and operations to address client needs, communicate feedback, and coordinate solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activity logs, and documentation of client interactions. Generate reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and account growth as required.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and share client feedback to enhance overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of client service or administrative experience in the financial services industry
  • Capable of multitasking and has high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
