Ensure assigned flights are reviewed with the customers' onboard service crew;
Handle calls, keep logs, communicate problems and delays, and handle relevant paperwork;
Clearly communicate with the onboard service staff flight components, passenger counts, special meals, crew meals, etc.;
Interact with customers in a professional manner
