Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries regarding membership, billing, scheduling, lab work, and prescription fulfillment Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary Assist in building documentation and onboarding processes while tracking insights from member interactions
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting a high volume of customers/members via email, telephone, or chat
Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus Experience working with queer and trans community members in a service capacity is a plus Ability to thrive in a changing environment Commitment to creating an exceptional experience for members
