JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Aspira has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success.

Welcome to Aspira, a 325-unit luxury high-rise apartment complex located in Belltown Seattle. Aspira was built with the resident in mind, focusing on creating a community atmosphere with the lowest impact possible on our environment. Aspira was Seattle’s first 4 Star Built Green high-rise, built to help protect our beautiful Pacific Northwest environment.

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

What your day might look like
  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors

  • Ensure resident satisfaction through the planning and execution of regular resident events, celebrating significant milestones and delivering resident communication.
  • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedules any outstanding item to be addressed with the maintenance team.
