We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented student who lives near a short-term rental property and can assist with guest access and quick walkthroughs between stays.
Responsibilities include coordinating occasional guest check-ins (or being on standby), doing brief visual checks of the space, checking in our cleaning crew, and sending photos/videos via phone. This is flexible, low-hour, on-call work with predictable monthly pay — ideal for students with variable schedules. Reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential. No cleaning required.
