The SMA Client Service team partners with portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution to deliver a best-in-class service experience. Hybrid role onsite 3 days/week. Open to Seattle or New York. Potential to convert to full time.

• New account setup; process change requests, cash raises, withdrawals, and do-not-transact updates across RIA and BD clients
• Provide operational support and data entry for onboarding and ongoing account activity
• Monitor platforms for additional or missing paperwork and follow up as needed
• Review and resolve reconciliation items (delinked accounts, negative cash, new accounts)
• Generate custodian paperwork and contact custodians for service-related matters
• Support client communication via team email, primarily internal, delivering white-glove service
• Maintain and update client information in CRM (Salesforce)
• Work with client types including retail/direct investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors

• Experience in a financial services, RIA, or Broker Dealer environment
• Strong operational focus with proven attention to detail (critical)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume, transactional and administrative workloads
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure items do not fall through the cracks
