Front Desk Agent – Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference CenterWe’re searching for an experienced Front Desk Agent ready to make an immediate impact. We value the expertise our team members bring, and compensation for this role will be in line with experience.
Responsibilities- Be the first warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
- Take and manage guest bookings, present up‑selling opportunities, and inform guests about ways to improve their stay.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Check guests in and out promptly – take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes.
- Maintain a proactive stance by recording and acting on guests’ preferences, handling their messages, requests, questions and concerns.
- Serve as a trusted contact for all guests, resolving bill issues and providing local knowledge, and escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to safety procedures: report all incidents and wear required protective gear.
- Present yourself professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Stay informed about daily events and activities.
- Assist colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as needed.
- Availability for 24/7 shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills – approachable to address concerns and compliments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, turning issues into positive experiences.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Literacy and tech‑savvy: good reading, writing, basic math and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree is a bonus.
- At least one year of experience in front desk or guest service.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform bending or kneeling tasks.

Salary RangeThe hourly pay range for this role is $21.30 to $31.66. This range is based on experience, education, location, and performance, and may be modified in the future.
Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and other eligible employee benefits.
