Exciting Things You Get to Do- As the first point of contact, the CSR represents the face of the company, greeting walk-in clients with a cheerful, professional, and helpful attitude to create a welcoming and positive experience.
- Guide and advise customers as to which products and/or services will best meet the customers' needs.
- Make Suggestions regarding Media, Substrate, Installation, and other services.
- Determine projects' scope, budget, and timeline, to provide estimates for large and small format color graphic projects.
- Communication and follow-up is a must! The CSR/PC follows up on estimates & makes revisions as necessary to win clients’ work.
- Process’ Phone, Email, Electronic, and Handwritten Work Orders.
- The CSR/PC manages customer communications, they Answer Phones, Make Calls, and Email Clients Communicating Order Status, Invoice Amount, Shipping/Delivery Date, Delays, Production Concerns, etc.
- Receive and Check Print Files for Size, Color, Resolution, etc.
- Coordinate Project Deadlines with Production to fulfill Client Expectations.
- Invoice Print Projects using Proprietary Software
- QC Completed Projects based on our High-Quality Standard.
- Package Orders for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
- Organize, Arrange, and Decorate your Workspace to Enhance Client Journey.
- Work Overtime when Necessary to Meet Client Expectations.
- All team members must be willing to cross train and assist in other departments.
- Multi-tasking is a must. The successful candidate is someone who can simultaneously juggle multiple projects.
- Experience working in a professional or administrative role.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
- Ability to effectively promote the products and services of the company.
- Working knowledge of Windows Platform and Internet Browsers.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Tech savvy – able to navigate new (and old) software with limited training.
- Mathematical skills include Measurements and Scale.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in color printing, bindery, & sign making.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced on demand environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying calm, focused, and organized as you tackle competing priorities with confidence, efficiency, and precision.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years Training or Experience in Project Coordination
- 2+ years Customer Service Experience in Signage, and/or Large Format Color
