Essential duties
i.e. 50% word processing, 30% calendaring; 20% assisting with press releases.
100% Customer service via web form response. Reviewing customer requests, investigating card activity, responding to customer in professional manner.
Minimum requirementsExperience in Account Management, financial, Call Center, Customer Service, ORCA helpful.
Special requirementsLocation:
Working mostly remotely currently. Will be spending time both remote and in Seattle main offices. Must be able to do both.
Length of Assignment: up to 3-6 months.
Pay: $23.56/hr.
