Summary: Responsible for communicating ticketing information, processing orders, and handling payments efficiently and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process ticket orders and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Greet customers positively and provide information and assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns with excellent service and escalate when necessary.
• Upsell upcoming events and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years cash handling and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Available for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Scale: $23.00/hour

Bonus: Not eligible under current plan.

Summary: Provide customer service by checking coats, selling concessions, and assisting guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate coat check areas and greet guests.
• Handle cash and reconcile bank.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and move around venue as needed.
• Manage lost and found items.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years cash handling experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Scale: $20.76/hour

Summary: Ensure excellent guest service, seat VIP and ADA guests, and monitor guest behavior.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist VIP and ADA guests.
• Set up and clean VIP/ADA areas.
• Address guest issues and report policy violations.
• Coordinate with staff on responsibilities and safety.
• Support with private events and merchandise settlements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays.

Pay Scale: $23.00/hour
