About The Program

The Circle Internship Program is a 12‑week, remote‑first experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026, designed to give interns hands‑on experience building the future of global finance. Interns work on meaningful, real‑world projects that support Circle’s mission to enable the frictionless exchange of value.

The program includes three in‑person experiences designed to deepen learning and connection:

  • Circle Forward Week in Miami
  • Development Week in San Francisco
  • Final Showcase Week at Circle’s New York City HQ in One World Trade Center

Throughout the summer, interns are supported by managers, mentors, and a close‑knit cohort, with opportunities for learning, growth, and exposure to leaders across the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The Creative Partner Management Intern will support the Brand & Creative team in orchestrating our global network of creative agencies, production houses, and freelance talent. You will help bridge the gap between internal strategy and external execution, ensuring our partners are empowered to do their best work.

What You’ll Work On
  • Partner Coordination:
    Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative partnerships, from initial onboarding and briefing to project delivery and performance review.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Maintain and optimize our creative partner database, ensuring all contracts, rate cards, and portfolios are up to date.
  • Project Liaison:
    Act as a junior point of contact for external partners, facilitating clear communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met across multi‑disciplinary projects (video, design, web, etc.).
  • Creative Briefing:
    Assist in the development of clear, inspiring creative briefs that align with Circle’s brand strategy and product goals.
  • Process Improvement:
    Help refine the workflows between internal Brand Producers and external agencies to increase speed and creative quality.
  • Trend & Talent Research:
    Conduct ongoing research into emerging creative talent and agencies within the Web3, Fintech, and high‑tech design space to keep our partner roster “future‑forward.”
  • Program Demo:
    At the end of the summer, you will present a project or process improvement you’ve spearheaded to the Creative Leadership team.

    Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to translate complex internal needs into actionable creative feedback.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    You are “multistakeholder” oriented, capable of building relationships with diverse personalities, from corporate leaders to niche digital artists.
  • Educational Background:
    Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Creative Management, or a related field.
