Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Content Producer for a 6‑month contract in Seattle, WA. The role involves supporting the publishing, optimization, and management of content across landing pages, the Press Center, and related platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Communications, Editorial, Design, and other partners to move landing page content through the full approval process.
- Build, format, and publish articles and landing pages using internal CMS and publishing tools.
- Manage the editing, delivery, and accuracy of text and assets for all assigned pages.
- Apply SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) best practices to improve visibility and search performance.
- Make optimization recommendations on incoming content submissions and identify amplification opportunities (e.g., social, internal channels, email).
- Conduct content audits and tag/categorize articles by state, region, or topic as needed.
- Complete editorial updates for at least four landing pages per month to support project milestones.
- Perform weekly progress checks to ensure continued alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Monitor the intake queue and execute tasks promptly while following up on in‑progress work.
- Partner with project stakeholders to ensure all pages receive required approvals.
- Support Press Center Publishers by formatting content, uploading media, and ensuring consistency with PR team requirements.
- Provide light CMS training and onboarding for Press Center Publishers performing production tasks.
- Monitor the SIM Ticket queue, troubleshoot stakeholder‑submitted issues, and resolve CMS or publishing‑related questions.

This is a contract position based out of Seattle, WA, and fully remote.
Compensation$40.00 - $45.00/hr.
