One Pro AVL is a live event production company supporting corporate, nonprofit, and private events throughout the greater Seattle area. We provide audio, video, lighting, LED walls, and staging for high-impact events.

We’re hiring a hybrid role that blends production coordination and warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on position with a clear path toward a Production Manager role.

📍 Pacific, WA (On‑Site)

• Build and review equipment lists
• Prepare show paperwork (pull sheets, call sheets, pack lists)
• Coordinate shop prep and truck packing
• Support crew scheduling and event logistics
• Assist with load‑ins, show execution, and load‑outs

• Prep, test, and organize equipment
• Manage inventory and gear tracking
• Handle shipping & receiving
• Inspect gear returning from shows
• Drive a 16’ box truck to and from events

• Experience in live event production (audio, video, lighting, staging)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Experience driving box trucks
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule during event weeks

• Rental software experience
• Basic audio/networking knowledge

• 20–30 hours per week to start (with opportunity for growth)
• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
• 1‑month probationary period
• Eligible for medical insurance after successful completion of probation
