Video Producer

Location: Mel Olson Stadium at King County's Steve Cox Memorial Park
Type: Seasonal (May-August)
Schedule: Game days, evenings, weekends, and select office/editing hours

Position Summary

The Dub Sea Fish Sticks are seeking a creative and motivated Seasonal Video Producer to capture and produce engaging video content throughout the summer season. This role supports marketing, social media, sponsorship, and in-stadium entertainment efforts by telling the story of Fish Sticks baseball through dynamic video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and in-game features
• Capture game-day coverage, interviews, community events, and behind-the-scenes content
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Create basic motion graphics, titles, and social overlays
• Assist with hype videos, promotional content, and sponsor features
• Collaborate with marketing staff and interns to execute creative campaigns
• Maintain organized media storage and workflows
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, live-event environment

Qualifications

• Experience with video production, videography, or editing (internships accepted)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro;
  After Effects knowledge a plus
• Strong storytelling and social media content instincts
• Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic production equipment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days
• Passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the stadium during events
• Must be able to lift and carry production equipment up to 35 lbs
