About Nectr SocialNectr Social is a social-first digital marketing agency based in Seattle. We specialize in crafting impactful, authentic, and engaging social media content that helps local and regional brands connect with their audiences and grow their presence online.
NOTE:
If you are not based in the Greater Seattle Area, your application will not be considered.
We’re seeking a highly motivated and agile Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is for a full-spectrum social media content creator who independently produces engaging social media content and understands the nuances of social platforms. You will be responsible for ideating, planning, producing, and delivering high-quality social media assets, including photos, videos, stories, and graphics that align with client goals and brand identity.

Instead, proficiency with accessible tools like Canva and Cap Cut are essential to create dynamic content and elevate static assets. You’ll also support account managers with graphic design needs.

- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and new content techniques to continuously innovate
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Proven experience creating social media content, ideally for multiple clients or brands
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content
- Proficiency in photography and videography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Skilled in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Comfortable writing captions and short-form copy that resonates with target audiences
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other key social platforms and their content formats
- Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to shoots within the Greater Seattle Area reliably
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team environment
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for social media and storytelling
