We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team.

We're looking for a Visual Designer who is detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role, you will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach. The Visual Designer will create best-in-class layouts and visuals that support organizational objectives while partnering with marketing teams to ensure that designs meet our customer and business needs. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact by collaborating closely with talented marketing, business, and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.

Key

job responsibilities
  • Create best-in-class visual design assets.
  • Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management.
  • Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
  • Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
  • Work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
  • Expertise in animation to help create bar-raising motion designs.
  • Expertise in Figma to help create bar-raising creative.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of design experience
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong knowledge in visual communication, branding guidelines, conceptual work and digital executions.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software.
  • in visual communications, graphic design or related field
  • Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects.
  • Understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post-production retouching.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
  • Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
  • Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology
  • Collaboration with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.
  • Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
