- Lead production of deliverables for activations, including:
- Large-format print and OOH assets
- Printed collateral and signage
- Event photo and video capture (and post-production coordination)

- Partner with other producers to develop consistent workflow practices and ensure effective creative team support.
- Quality-assure all creative deliverables to ensure they are error-free and meet brand standards.
- 6+ years of experiential activation, event production, or creative project management experience - preferably within a marketing or PR agency environment.
- Proven experience leading production of activation deliverables, including print, OOH, event, and social assets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Experience managing third-party vendors (print, media, photography, and video).
