- Deeply immersed in social trends, platforms, and emerging content formats.
- A hands-on creative who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments and can push work forward proactively.
- Experienced in building compelling visuals that go beyond aesthetics—designed to move people and make headlines.
- Partner with an ACD Copy and creative leadership to concept and execute earned-first, social-by-design campaigns for Microsoft and other high-profile clients.
- Generate compelling visual concepts and assets for digital, social, video, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate across disciplines—including strategy, influencer, account, and production—to bring ideas to life from concept through execution.
- Present creative work to clients with clarity and vision, owning the visual expression of big ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring junior designers and ensuring design excellence throughout.
- Oversee production processes with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, on brief, and on budget.
- 6+ years of experience in advertising, design, or digital content creation, with a strong focus on social and video platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard design tools.
- A strong portfolio of conceptually driven, visually innovative work across multiple platforms.
- Experience directing and producing video and motion-led content.
- Familiarity with influencer and/or community-driven campaigns.
- Confident presenting and articulating design rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Production experience across still, video, digital, and social media formats, particularly with Tech clients.
- Ability to manage creative projects across timelines while leading and mentoring a creative team.
Salary: $86,000-$138,000 per year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
