Red Flower Studios is a vibrant glass art studio with locations in Park City and Salt Lake City, UT. We are dedicated to creating beautiful, high-quality glass art and providing unique, hands-on experiences for our community through classes and workshops. As a growing studio, we are seeking talented and passionate glass blowers to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled glass blowers to support both production and teaching classes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the art of glass blowing, eager to share their skills with others, and ready to contribute to our creative community. This position is flexible, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Work:Create high-quality glass pieces, including custom orders and studio inventory, following Red Flower Studios’ standards of craftsmanship.
- Teaching Classes:Lead engaging glass blowing classes for students of varying skill levels, offering guidance, support, and inspiration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
- Assist with studio events, exhibitions, and other special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in glass blowing, with a portfolio of work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages and experience levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
