Qualifications

• Substantial experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums (television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio demonstrating craft, visual storytelling, and versatility
• A proven ability to develop high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and resonates emotionally with audiences
• Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client challenges
• A desire to explore premium expressions at the intersection of performance sports and culture
• Experience leading the visual direction and design of long-form documentaries and episodic content, crafting authentic, human-centered narratives through imagery and storytelling
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients
• A desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward

• A bachelor’s degree, design emphasis preferred
• Six-plus years of experience in an agency setting

Compensation and work arrangements

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $75,000–$180,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on location, responsibilities, experience, and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is offered. We support a hybrid work model with teams in the office on an average of four days per week.
