This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Estimator, Industrial Flooring based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take‑offs, and managing project budgets. Daily tasks include reviewing blueprints and proposals, conducting site visits when necessary, communicating effectively with clients and vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy for each project.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take‑offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in estimations and project planning
- Familiarity with industrial flooring projects, materials, and procedures is a plus
- Experience with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting
- 2–5+ years in one or more:
- Resinous flooring
- Understanding of epoxy flooring systems and prep methods.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
