• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in multi‑family renovations – Oversee multiple renovation sites across Washington State, managing day‑to‑day operations
• High School Diploma or GED – Lead subcontractors and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – Maintain strong communication with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Experience managing budgets and schedules – Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring cost control and profitability
• Proficiency in Buildertrend, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or Procore – Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports
• Knowledge of interior renovations (cabinets, lighting, plumbing, flooring) – Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Strong client relationship skills – Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ability to travel 80–90% within Washington State – Supervise projects from Everett to the capital region

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
