The OpportunityWe're seeking a Project Management Assistant to work directly with our Seattle Territory Manager, serving as a hands-on partner in managing 15-20 active commercial roofing projects across North Seattle and North King County. This role is perfect for someone who wants a flexible lifestyle, values being out in the field, and is ready to build something meaningful alongside an experienced mentor.
What You ll Do- Support the Territory Manager, conducting site inspections, quality control checks, progress documentation, and assessing new projects and solutions
- Coordinate daily communication with contractors, subcontractors, and clients while managing project documentation, reports, photography, specifications, details, and asset management planning
- Monitor work compliance with project schedules and specifications, track jobsite progress, and provide regular updates to the team
We re looking for the right person. Someone who s eager to learn, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow alongside a supportive leader. You will thrive if you bring the right attitude, possess attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- 1-2 years professional experience in construction, roofing, building maintenance, facilities, or related field service industries preferred—but industry background is not required. We value culture fit and aptitude over specific experience
- Comfortable working in construction environments and conducting roof inspections
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with all stakeholders
- Valid driver s license with clean driving (gas card provided)
