* What you’ll do:

*** Demonstrated hands-on experience in commercial landscaping and sports construction, including planting, irrigation systems, site layout, soil placement and amendments, grading, and related site preparation activities.
* Public works project experience preferred, ideally within Washington State, with a minimum of two years serving in a Foreman or crew leadership capacity.
* Lead by example through clear, professional communication and a positive, solutions-oriented approach that fosters accountability and teamwork on site.
* Supervise, motivate, and develop crew members to consistently meet daily production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations.
* Plan, coordinate, and organize crew assignments and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

*** Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute work efficiently to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to clearly communicate instructions, safety expectations, and project updates to crew members and stakeholders.
