Project Lead - Residential Construction

Woodmark Homes, LLC is looking for a motivated individual to fill an entry level Project lead/Project closer.

As a Bags on Project Lead, you will be responsible for the construction of small remodels, additions, and whole house remodel projects. You will work with a project manager to oversee and lead/work with the on-site crew, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure the work meets specifications, and conduct quality inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling:
  Strong knowledge and understanding of general remodel carpentry and techniques with a willingness to work in all phases of a remodel, from demo to finish phase.

• Work with the project manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Able to complete a task from start to finish relatively independently

• Experience reading blueprints and scope of work

• Ability to estimate and order materials and assess needs for labor help.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must have personal tools (cordless drills/saws, nail bags, hand tools, etc.)

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to carry heavy materials, and safely use ladders

• Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Must be able to pass a background check
