Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce quality standards
- Communicate with project stakeholders and provide progress updates

Superintendent Essential Job Functions:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure

Superintendent Skills:

The company offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $155,000, along with benefits such as medical coverage, 401K, and more.
