About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for commercial construction projects in the Seattle area. This position requires a detail‑oriented leader with strong scheduling, coordination, and safety management skills.

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe job site
• Coordinate inspections and quality control processes
• Track progress and report project status to project management
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep projects on schedule

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
• Knowledge of Seattle-area codes, inspections, and permitting processes
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
• OSHA certification preferred
• Experience with scheduling and project management software is a plus
