This role will oversee BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission‑critical and commercial facilities. • Lead BAS retrofit, new construction, and integration initiatives in mission‑critical facilities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices, local codes, and industry standards.
• Oversee BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility modernization efforts.
• Review drawings, submittals, schematics, and related technical documentation.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, field personnel, and client teams.
• Diagnose field issues and provide effective solutions to construction‑related challenges.
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.

• Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
• Strong technical understanding of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead project teams and effectively coordinate subcontractors.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project‑organization skills.
• Experience with mission‑critical or data center facilities is preferred.

• Base salary $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential.
