Base pay range
: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Project title
: Project Engineer – Commercial & Healthcare Construction
- Support projects from preconstruction through closeout, learning the full lifecycle of construction
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals
- Help monitor schedules, budgets, and quality while learning to anticipate and resolve issues
- Gain exposure to safety and compliance processes critical to healthcare projects
- Build lasting relationships with project teams and clients
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer (internships or full-time) — healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project management software
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced leaders
