• Lead global revenue and forecasting processes, including monthly decision meetings. Serve as NA Demand Planning Lead.
• Communicate forecast confidence, risks, and opportunities to functional groups and SIOP leadership.
• Analyze historical orders, sales pipeline data, and market information to improve forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly forecast reviews with regional sales teams; adjust forecasts and gain alignment with business owners.
• Lead Supply Planning Meetings.
• Support and provide leadership to Executive SIOP Process, including data preparation and meeting facilitation.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on forecast accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement and modernization of demand planning and SIOP management systems.
• Independently create reports, work across disparate data sets, provide data visualization, and present multiple scenarios to support recommendations.
• Mentorship and development of SIOP Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM or business-related program or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience in forecasting, operations management, or demand planning.
• Strong mathematical, data management, and Excel skills.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate globally to all levels of the organization.
• Strong technical or statistical aptitude.

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics or related field.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Kinaxis Rapid Response proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting and statistical analysis.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant’s location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
