As an Organizational Wellbeing Intern, you’ll support the Partnerwell team in delivering meaningful health and wellbeing initiatives to our employer clients. You’ll contribute to project development, research, and client-facing communications that help organizations foster healthier, more engaged workplaces. This internship is a great opportunity to build hands‑on experience in corporate wellbeing while collaborating with a team invested in your learning and professional growth!

typical day in this role"
  • Support the creation of presentations, agendas, and client-facing materials for wellbeing programs and initiatives
  • Participate in client meetings, capturing notes and assisting with follow-up action items
  • Conduct research and contribute written and marketing content for internal and external communications
  • Assist in analyzing survey results and building out data-driven reports or presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of projects and deliverables

Onsite in our Renton, WA office

"

Schedule:

30 hours/week, Mon-Fri for 10 weeks (approximately)

"

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, typing, basic computer functions, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

"

Pay rate: $20/hour on a W2 basis

"Who we’re looking for"
  • Working toward a BA/BS degree with a 3.0+ GPA, with a degree in public health, business, communications, psychology, nutrition, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Incoming Junior- or Senior- status or recent graduate strongly preferred
  • An interest in health education, wellbeing, or corporate wellness
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or similar design tools a plus
  • Experience in administrative support and/or customer service is helpful
  • Comfort working with data, surveys, or detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to work onsite in Renton, WA during Summer 2026
