Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an aspiring leader to join our team and accelerate the adoption of AWS cloud computing services worldwide via partner solutions. As a GTM Alliance Manager for Strategic Observability Technology Partners, you will lead the partnership GTM engagement and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned partner and their solutions running on AWS.

You will be familiar with and help in the creation of GTM programs, effectively leverage other AWS resources to support the co‑selling process, and engage directly with the AWS and Partner sales teams to drive field enablement, alignment, and incremental joint opportunities.

You will be responsible for the GTM co‑selling goal, including AWS‑sourced opportunities, will be measured on incremental revenue through the assigned partner, and will manage the opportunity pipeline health and reporting metrics.

You possess strong business development, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills, and have demonstrated an ability to build trust, think strategically about new GTM initiatives, and achieve solution and program successes.

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for their technology domains, providing business and technical expertise to help customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruitment, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners, delivering expertise and scale to build innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Together with the overall partner team, define and execute a GTM plan to help strategic technology partners transform and grow their SaaS and cloud businesses.
  • Orchestrate resources within the AWS organization to support co‑selling and GTM activities and create a scalable joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute vertical and horizontal campaigns to generate new business opportunities in North America.
  • Build regional and vertical field collaboration and serve as the primary resource to ensure key high‑profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed, and closed.
  • Drive AWS Marketplace enablement and make AWSMP the priority procurement tool for your partners.
  • Drive sales execution across activities, coordinating lead generation and joint sales enablement between ISV partners and AWS field organizations.
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure accurate pipeline information according to AWS sales cycle stages. Hold business reviews with ISV and AWS sales teams to identify best practices and lessons learned.
  • Broker internal resources, tools, references, and investments needed to execute on business plans.
