Job DescriptionThe Sales Account Manager partners with and ensures the long‑term success of customers by building trusted relationships, coordinating cross‑functional delivery, and translating customer needs into internal action. This role owns day‑to‑day account health and stakeholder alignment, serving as the primary hub between customer contacts and internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully and on time.
Responsibilities- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of products and solutions.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Track account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Support high‑severity customer issues and escalations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Sales and account management experience.
- Ability to build and sustain long‑term customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Establish credibility quickly and maintain trusted advisor status.
- Leverage strong listening skills to uncover true customer needs and priorities.
- Act as the central coordination point between customers and internal teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly.
- Align stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify subtle shifts in customer sentiment or satisfaction.
- Proactively address risks and support issue escalation resolution.
- Communicate credibly at all organizational levels.
- Deliver clear monthly and quarterly updates.
- Influence decisions through strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and commitments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven account management or related experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
This is a fully onsite role with a standard shift of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The position operates in a collaborative, team‑based environment with close interaction across sales, engineering, and customer service teams. The role offers the opportunity to work with technically interesting products, build deep customer relationships, and gain exposure to complex OEM and distribution environments. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
