The RoleThis is a high-impact, customer-facing Customer Success role focused on onboarding and supporting SMB customers as they launch and scale internationally.
You’ll work directly with founders and finance leaders across global markets, coordinating onboarding, managing complex service delivery, and acting as the trusted advisor to your customers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career coming from a Big 4 accounting or consulting background who wants to transition into tech while staying close to complex, real-world business problems.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from kickoff through initial service delivery
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams (tax, compliance, incorporation, partners)
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your book of business
- Build structured onboarding plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience globally
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with commercial teams
- 1–2 years in a Big 4 accounting firm (audit, tax, or consulting) or similar professional services
- Exposure to client-facing work (customer success, consulting, onboarding, PM)
- Strong interest in joining an early-stage tech company
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startup exposure a plus)
- Strong proficiency with modern tools (Slack, GSuite, Linear, Notion, etc.)
- Structured thinking and strong project management fundamentals
- Highly organised and detail-oriented — thinks in systems and checklists
- Strong communicator with professional verbal and written English
- Charismatic and customer-centric — builds trust quickly
- Comfortable working with global customers
- Based in or open to relocating to Seattle
- Additional languages are a strong plus
- High ownership and operational excellence from day one
