You are comfortable working across functions, building relationships, and moving ideas from concept to execution. You likely have experience in business development, leasing, telecommunications, construction materials, real estate, or natural resources. You are strategic but practical.

This role works closely with business entities to identify income opportunities and implement them in a way that supports overall business goals while respecting operational priorities.

  • Mineral resource activities (commercial rock, sand, and aggregate sites)
  • Greenery Programs (seasonal boughs, trees, floral greens, mushrooms)
  • Commercial property leasing and management
  • Film production projects

Over time, the role may expand to include recreation site leases, specialty user group agreements, and other alternative revenue initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee day‑to‑day activity related to communications sites and mineral sales, ensuring compliance with permits, contracts, and regulations
  • Coordinate closely with business entities to ensure projects align with operational needs
  • Track performance metrics and monitor program results
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Oversee required compliance reporting when applicable
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's in business, real estate, or natural resources preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in telecommunications, construction materials, real estate, or natural resource management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear communication skills and strong relationship‑building ability
  • Experience working independently while collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
  • Sound judgment, high ethical standards, and a results‑oriented mindset
