Sr. Technical Product Manager, Amazon Leo Antenna

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

As a Senior Product Manager – Tech on the Amazon Leo Antenna team, you will help create and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for WiFi products, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience. This role is inherently cross‑functional – you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to envision, develop, and launch innovative products and services.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the Amazon Leo WiFi product line life cycle from inception to launch.
  • Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct ongoing customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize feature requirements.
  • Understand and synthesize wired and wireless technologies to define leading edge products for our customers.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer.
  • Inspire the team with the product vision, and work cross‑functionally to bring the product to life.
  • Write detailed business and product requirement documents and define use cases, features, and KPIs, and drive trade‑off discussions and decisions with the development teams.
  • Create the business case and write strategy documents. Determine the product ASIN and release strategy.
  • Serve as the WiFi product expert assisting marketing with product collateral, presentations, whitepapers and participating with business development in customer meetings.
Export Control Requirement

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
