We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Executive Personal Assistant (EPA). As the "right hand" to the Founder, you will be responsible for streamlining both business operations and personal logistics, allowing the Principal Coach to focus on delivering life-changing support to families.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, boutique entrepreneurial environment and possesses a "no task is too small" attitude combined with high-level strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
Calendar Management: Manage a complex professional calendar, including meetings, coaching sessions, and speaking engagements across multiple time zones.
Operational Systems: Maintain and optimize the CRM (Client Relationship Management) system and automated scheduling tools (e.g., Acuity, Calendly).
Project Management: Track deadlines for business goals, website updates, and professional development certifications.
Personal Assistance & Logistics
Personal Scheduling: Coordinate family appointments, household services, and personal travel arrangements.
Research & Procurement: Conduct research on vendors, travel options, or gift procurement.
Inbox Triage: Monitor personal and professional inboxes, filtering priorities and drafting responses to routine inquiries.
