The Client Partner is a senior, client-facing leader responsible for owning executive relationships, portfolio health, and multi-year account growth strategies for Wimmer’s most strategic clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor to client executives while providing leadership across complex engagements and portfolios.
Client Partners oversee large, multi-workstream engagements, lead critical escalations, and ensure strong delivery and engagement outcomes. They own significant revenue portfolios and are accountable for expanding Wimmer’s presence through long-term, strategic growth.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO- Executive Client Leadership: Serve as a senior advisor and primary executive point of contact for assigned accounts/clients. Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Guide clients through complex challenges while positioning Wimmer as a long-term strategic partner.
- Portfolio & Delivery Oversight: Oversee large, complex portfolios consisting of multiple engagements and delivery teams. Ensure strong delivery performance, governance, and outcomes across the portfolio. Lead and resolve critical client escalations and delivery risks.
- Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy: Own a $5M–$15M+ revenue portfolio across assigned accounts/clients. Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies. Drive consistent account expansion through new services, expanded scope, and strategic programs.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead complex pricing strategies, proposals, and major RFP responses. Ensure commercial structures align with delivery capability, margin targets, and long-term client value.
- Contract Management: Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure delivery aligns with agreed-upon scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Global Delivery, Recruiting, and Business Development leadership. Align cross-functional teams around account strategy, delivery excellence, and consultant success.
- Account Planning & Reporting: Drive the creation and execution of account plans in partnership with the Wimmer account team. Provide regular updates on account health, delivery performance, and growth opportunities.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence, sharing insights with the team and adapting strategies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, enterprise account leadership, or professional services.
- Proven experience leading large, complex client portfolios and executive relationships.
- Strong delivery leadership skills with experience managing escalations and governance.
- Demonstrated success owning and growing $5M–$15M+ client portfolios.
- Experience leading complex sales pursuits, pricing strategies, and large proposals or RFPs.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and client communication.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Must be eligible to work for a U.S.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS- Base salary range of $1 to $1 million, based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
