Position Overview
Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive for its Business Process Services (BPS) division. Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the BPS segment that drive revenue growth and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify and address business challenges, facilitating customized solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery, proactively resolving operational issues and elevating client experiences.
- Establish a sustainable pipeline of opportunities through strategic relationship management, targeted outreach, and participation in industry events and forums.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to extract actionable insights, presenting compelling business cases to senior leadership and C‑suite executives that demonstrate tangible value.
- Champion innovation by staying abreast of emerging market developments and integrating best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- At least 15 years of experience in BPO/BPS environments, managing diverse service areas such as trust and safety, eCommerce, finance and accounting, supply chain management, procurement, human resources, and large‑scale contact center operations.
- Established network and success in cultivating high‑value relationships with senior decision‑makers in major technology firms.
- Deep understanding of outsourcing models and delivery frameworks, with the ability to influence top‑level executives.
- Leadership capabilities that inspire teams toward ambitious targets, fostering innovation and adapting strategies to industry shifts.
- Strong commercial insight and strategic foresight in identifying emerging market trends, competitive challenges, and client opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, or a related discipline; advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear, persuasive dialogue across diverse audiences and cultures.

The expected annual compensation for the Business Development Executive role ranges from $150,000 to $210,000.
