Onsite Status:
This is a Hybrid role and consists of a combination of WFH In Person work
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Ironclad as SSA Marine's centralized contract lifecycle management platform.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all commercial agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and IT to align contract processes with business needs.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring contracts reflect SSA's commercial priorities and operational capabilities.
- Provide training and change management support to drive adoption of Ironclad and standardized contract practices.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure data integrity, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in the analysis and renegotiation of legacy contracts to improve commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and best practice sharing across SSA's global portfolio.
- Perform other duties or tasks as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime, or related field
- 5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or commercial project management
- Proven success in implementing contract management systems (Ironclad or similar)
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in logistics, maritime, or infrastructure sectors preferred
- Fluent in English;
Spanish proficiency a plus - Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with container terminal systems and logistics platforms preferred
