Location: Hybrid onsite in Seattle, WA – 2–3 days per week

About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead and drive a large-scale Procore implementation as part of a growing enterprise applications team. This role will focus heavily on product ownership and delivery, ensuring Procore is successfully implemented, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.
This position allows the Product Manager to focus deeply on product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and implementation execution within a larger, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Procore implementation efforts, from planning through deployment and optimization
- Act as the primary Product Manager and business liaison for Procore across stakeholders
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive adoption
- Manage backlog, user stories, and implementation milestones
- Ensure system configuration supports project lifecycle workflows
- Drive change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and integration partners as needed
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics post-implementation
- Proven experience leading Procore implementations
- Experience serving as a Product Manager or Product Owner within enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of project management workflows
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative team environments
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence at multiple organizational levels
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle 2–3 days per week
- Experience integrating Procore with ERP systems
- Prior experience in high-growth or transformation-focused environments
