Senior Procurement Agent; Contracts

• Leads the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
• Participates in supply chain improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
• Engages with executive leadership and presents on contractual risks, opportunities, and issues
• Mentors other procurement agents on supplier relationship management, contractual enforcement, supply chain processes and system utilization
• Collaborates cross-functionally to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions
• Prior experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
• 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, law, or a related field
• Experience in a self-directed role
