You will engage directly with prospective clients, understand their goals, explain our offerings clearly, and guide them toward confident decisions.
This is a consultative, trust-driven sales role
, not a high-volume transactional position.
1. Prospect Engagement & Discovery
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with prospective clients.
- Understand client goals, concerns, and decision criteria.
- Assess fit and set clear expectations from the first interaction.
- Clearly present offerings, timelines, and value propositions.
- Customize conversations based on client background and needs.
- Address objections with clarity, data, and empathy.
- Own deals from first call through close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with growth and brand teams to improve conversion quality.
- Share insights from client conversations with leadership.
- Identify recurring objections, messaging gaps, and opportunities.
- Contribute to refining offerings and positioning.
- Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism.
- Experience selling high-trust, high-value services.
- Consultative mindset with strong listening skills.
- Structured and organized approach to deal management.
