Sales & Revenue Generation
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business by cultivating relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly origination targets
- Present and negotiate loan structures, delivering tailored financing solutions that meet investor needs and close efficiently
Sales Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong network of investor clients, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate a reliable pipeline of self-sourced business
- Leverage market data, deal flow trends, and investor demand to prioritize high-value opportunities
- Develop long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and referrals
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Manage a dynamic pipeline from lead generation through closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize production
Collaboration & Operational Alignment
- Work closely with internal Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and operations to resolve issues and manage expectations
Industry Networking & Brand Presence
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Execute strategic pre- and post-event outreach to convert relationships into closed transactions
- Proven Production:
Demonstrated ability to fund $3M+ in monthly origination volume within bridge, fix-and-flip, construction, SFR, or similar investor-focused lending - Investor-Focused Sales:
Strong background in self-sourced, relationship-driven business development - Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Deal Structuring:
Ability to analyze financials and structure loans that align with investor objectives - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms - Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance metrics - Industry
Experience:
Experience with a direct or comparable investment-focused lender is strongly preferred
