ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project management support tracks key project progression via Smart Sheet and/or Excel
  • Communicates cross-departmentally to give status updates and ensures deliverable dates are met
  • Partners with the Analytics department to aggregate and produce KPI reporting
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations and training materials as needed by MLT and MAG
  • Supports change management cross-departmentally
  • Compiles and prepares both standard and non-standard reports and other information
  • Supports written communications to the internal team and external groups
  • Partners with Medical Directors on facilitating and supporting administrative duties as assigned by division
  • Partners with licensing, compliance, and capacity departments to support MLT initiatives
  • Maintains confidentiality as it relates to administrative and organizational initiatives
  • Creates meeting notes, archives, and disseminates based upon company practices
  • Understands key business objectives, strategic initiatives, practices, and revenue goals to support achievement
  • Leads and supports communication and outreach between the Practice and its surgeons
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team in the handoff of new hires to manage and facilitate a thoughtful onboarding experience
  • Partners with credentialing to ensure all surgeons meet the requirements of their job upon hire
  • Supports the MAG and surgeons in all post-onboarding activities, including managing chart audits, scheduling post-onboarding communication, and any other administrative duties associated with the surgeon on-boarding process
  • Partners with the financial department to manage receipts and reimbursements for surgeons
  • Works in partnership with the capacity and surgeon administration teams to support traveling surgeons
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or healthcare-related specialty required
  • Prior clinical experience preferred
  • Two years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience supporting remote teams
  • Proficient in Word and Power Point
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Smartsheet (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills. Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing professional, service-orientated environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR JOB PERFORMANCE
  • Intellectual acuity and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Must be highly proficient in basic computer skills and the utilization of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to consistently implement and manage project, policy, and initiative execution across a multi-unit network.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills; able to adjust approach to effectively work with diverse communication styles and preferences across extended teams.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, while also being flexible to change priorities if a situation requires.
  • Team players with the ability to collaborate or leverage resources across internal functional teams.
  • Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively toward solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
COMPENSATION

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $54,000 - $67,500, depending on experience.

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
