About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director or VP of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives within the medical aesthetics and medspa vertical
. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong executive relationships—particularly with Allergan and other leading aesthetic brands
—and a proven record of driving revenue growth through partnerships, channel development, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the medspa vertical, including identifying new partnerships, distribution channels, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading aesthetics brands, including Allergan, Galderma, and others, to drive collaborative growth initiatives.
  • Identify and secure high‑value partnerships with multi‑location medspa groups, physician‑led organizations, and franchise networks.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to shape offerings that align with the evolving needs of the medspa industry.
  • Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic alliances that expand the company’s presence and influence.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and executive forums to elevate brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain market leadership.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize business development efforts.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience
    , ideally in medical aesthetics, medspa, or related health technology sectors.
  • Strong existing relationships within the aesthetic ecosystem, including direct experience working with or at Allergan.
  • Proven success leading growth initiatives, complex deal negotiations, and high‑impact partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of medspa operations, clinical services, and the patient experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align strategic interests across organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in partnership modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
