Introduction to the Team

The Product Team creates high‑quality end‑to‑end experiences for travellers, partners, and Expedia Group. Our customer‑first mindset focuses on developing products that encourage loyalty and repeat business from our travellers and partners. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to achieve growth and results for our customers and company.

In this role you will
  • Lead the development of a strategic product vision that addresses both short‑term and long‑term business and customer opportunities. Drive the creation of a strategic roadmap, being able to clearly articulate your vision through storytelling.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to make critical trade‑offs, ensuring the product is financially viable and solves a customer need. Integrate AI/ML functionalities into the product by overseeing the entire model development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate and influence Expedia Group's key stakeholders to anticipate and plan for product strategy dependencies. Make informed business impact projections that balance immediate and future business goals. Innovate within the product portfolio to influence business strategy and market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and clearly articulate the product's value proposition. Develop hypotheses linking product performance to industry trends.
  • Establish and review product success metrics regularly. Design and analyze product experiments, deriving insights for informed decision‑making. Create and maintain product metric dashboards for cross‑functional use.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business strategy and market dynamics, owning product requirements and guiding the product development lifecycle.
  • Earn trust and manage expectations across the organization, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing team environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a 2026 graduation date.
  • 3‑6 years of product experience or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML principles and model development.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Ability to communicate your product vision clearly to drive alignment across partners.
Preferred Experience
  • Strong strategic thinking with a customer‑centric approach.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams to achieve company goals.
  • B2B or B2C experience.
  • Internship experience supporting digital Product.
What We Offer
  • The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500 to $192,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location and degree level.
